The Export feature allows you to download the data currently displayed in the grid for further analysis or sharing.

Available formats

RetailGrid supports two export formats:
  • CSV — best for data processing, integrations, and large datasets
  • Excel (.xlsx) — best for manual analysis, reporting, and sharing with colleagues

How to export data

  1. Click Export in the top toolbar.
  2. Choose the desired format:
    • CSV
    • Excel
  3. The file will be downloaded to your computer.

What gets exported

The export includes the data exactly as it appears in the grid:
  • visible columns
  • applied filters
  • current sorting
This allows you to export only the data you need.

Example

If you filter the grid to show Grocery products with low margin, the exported file will contain only those filtered results.
