# Billing and Google Cloud Marketplace

> Subscribe to Retailgrid through Google Cloud Marketplace, link it to your organization, and understand how your shared usage allowance and renewals work.

Retailgrid is available through **Google Cloud Marketplace**, so you can subscribe with your existing Google Cloud billing account and manage the subscription from Google. This page covers how a Marketplace subscription maps to your Retailgrid organization, how your usage allowance works, and what happens on renewal and cancellation.

> [!NOTE]
>
> Marketplace availability is rolling out. If you don't see Retailgrid in Google Cloud Marketplace yet, or you want to discuss plans and pricing, [talk to us](https://www.retailgrid.io/contact).

## Plans

Retailgrid offers three plans - **Starter**, **Growth**, and **Enterprise** - each available monthly or annually. All three use the same access policy and the same shared-organization usage allowance; they are not separated by SKU, store, or feature caps. For current pricing, see the Marketplace listing or [contact us](https://www.retailgrid.io/contact).

## Subscribe through Google Cloud Marketplace

1. Open the Retailgrid listing in Google Cloud Marketplace and choose a plan.
2. Complete the purchase with your Google Cloud billing account.
3. On **Manage on provider**, sign in to Retailgrid with your usual account. This is where the subscription is linked to an organization:
   * **New customer** - signing up creates your organization and activates access once the entitlement is active.
   * **Existing organization** - an authorized organization administrator links the subscription to your existing organization, so your Grids, datasets, and agents stay intact.

Access becomes usable once Google reports the entitlement as active. An invalid or expired sign-in, or an attempt to link an organization you don't administer, is refused.

## Your shared organization allowance

Billing is per **organization**, not per user. Your organization has one usage allowance that is **shared** across everyone who acts within it - members, API keys, and connected AI assistants (MCP grants). Adding a teammate, issuing another API key, or changing plan does not reset or multiply the allowance. Any non-Marketplace access your organization already had is preserved.

How that usage is counted across the API and assistants is described in [Usage & limits](https://docs.retailgrid.io/api-reference/usage-limits.md).

## Renewal and cancellation

* **Auto-renewal** is controlled from Google. You can turn it off and on from the Marketplace subscription.
* **Pending cancellation** keeps your access until the end of the paid period.
* **Effective cancellation** removes the access that came from the Marketplace subscription. If your organization also has another valid entitlement, that access is unaffected.

Canceling a subscription does **not** delete your data. Removing your data is a separate request - see [How Retailgrid handles your data](https://docs.retailgrid.io/reference/data-handling.md).
