## Available formats

Retailgrid supports two export formats:

* **CSV** — best for data processing, integrations, and large datasets
* **Excel (.xlsx)** — best for manual analysis, reporting, and sharing with colleagues

## How to export data

1. Click **Export** in the top toolbar.
2. Choose the desired format:
   * **CSV**
   * **Excel**
3. The file will be downloaded to your computer.

## What gets exported

The export includes the data exactly as it appears in the grid:

* visible columns
* applied filters
* current sorting

This allows you to export only the data you need.

## Example

If you filter the grid to show **Grocery products with low margin**, the exported file will contain only those filtered results.
